Important Information for External Users:
1) The booking of slots will be strictly through I-STEM portal (https://www.istem.gov.in/)
2) No other mode of slots booking (offline/email) will be considered
3) Users are requested to make payment to DEAN SRIC account of IIT Roorkee
NOTE:
1) The Equipment Requisition Form for samples analysis duly forwarded by the concerned Supervisor/HoD, with details of NEFT/RTGS/UPI transfer and GST number of the concerned Institute, may kindly be send at the following address. Kindly mention e-mail and mobile number in the application.

2) Our centre receives a large number of samples from all over India, and there is always a long waiting queue. Therefore, kindly cooperate with us and do not dispatch the samples without prior discussion with the lab incharge.
3) Samples received without prior intimation/discussion will be analyzed as and when slots are available.
4) Kindly contact the Lab InCharge of the respective facility before sending the samples for the measurement.
5) External users are requested to register using official email id for easy verification. If you opt to use personal email id (gmail, yahoo and rediffmail) for registration, kindly provide scan copy of your official id for verification. You are also requested to mention you full details like designation, affiliation and official address during registration.
